These Terms govern your use of the Ace the NCLEX app and related services, operated by FBA PTE LTD. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What the app is (and isn't)

An educational study aid for NCLEX preparation: practice questions, simulated adaptive exams, flashcards, references, and an AI study assistant. It is not medical advice and must never be used for real patient-care decisions.

NCLEX® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN. Practice scores and readiness estimates do not predict or guarantee any official exam result.

2. Your account

You sign in with one-time email codes. Keep your email account secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and use the app only for your own personal exam preparation.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Free tier: parts of the app are free with daily limits.
  • Pro: unlocks unlimited questions, mock exams, the AI tutor, audio rationales and more. Billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; auto-renews until cancelled; free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end.
  • Cancelling: manage subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for the current period follow the stores' policies except as required by law.
  • Bundle codes: single-use, non-transferable, no cash value, unlock only what's described at redemption.

4. Pass guarantee

Where offered, eligible subscribers who don't pass the NCLEX may request a refund of their subscription if they met the usage criteria shown in the app before their exam date. Criteria, required evidence (e.g. official result notice), and the request process are stated in the app. One claim per person.

5. Our content

All app content is owned by or licensed to FBA PTE LTD. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to study with it in the app. You may not copy, scrape, share, resell, or republish it, use it to build a competing product or train an AI model, or circumvent usage limits.

6. AI study assistant

Responses are AI-generated and may occasionally be wrong — verify against the official rationale. Don't submit real patient information. We may review conversations for quality and safety.

7. Acceptable use

No account sharing, unauthorised access attempts, reverse engineering, malicious code, multi-account abuse of free limits, or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and don't promise uninterrupted service or any study outcome, including passing the NCLEX.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the app and request deletion any time. We may suspend access for breach. Sections on IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights where you live.
